  I like the idea of the place. It has restaurant and shops. The atmosphere is good as well nothing too much to expect but it’s simple and nice for family stopover. Breakfast food at the cafe is standard, but I love the coffee.

  Place has great food however there is no table service and this creates a lot of waiting in line to place you order especially at peak times. Tables are not cleared or cleaned regularly so you may find that you have to sit at a table already occupied with dirty dishes and spills.
  I would recommend take away or delivery until table service is being offered

  The food was awesome.. we were a party of nine and all really enjoyed the meals..
  The price was not overboard as we expected and we will all go there again several times.. parking was good and easy to find..

  So overall, It was kind of good, so the food was fine. Everything came out fast, hot and fresh. I enjoyed my nuggets. My partner enjoyed his fish and chips which was big serving. However, the atmosphere inside this cafe is so not the vibe it’s just so crowded. The chairs are back to back. I couldn’t sit comfortably as the person behind me kept on moving back-and-forth and then the chair was hitting my chair it was so uncomfortable service was super loud and I’ve asked for extra chicken salt on chips but however they didn’t informed they don’t have that they just never put any salt on the chips. It can be improved.

  If you have any kind of food intolerances, skip this place. Everything we ordered was wrong. I ended up asking for a refund and when the manger came out to do it, they didn’t even make eye contact or say a word to me. It was so weird.
  
  The only saving grace for my trip to the Milk Factory Cafe was that the staff at the other shops around were so lovely and accommodating. Check out the donuts and the yarn shop, but save yourself from going to the cafe.
