  Doctors are good. Dr Ash being amazing. Receptionist on the other hand very rude.

  Horrible women at front desk the one with fake English accent, have been a patient for a few years sat waiting for 2hours because doctor looked past my appointment and today had appointment early in morning and missed it due to no sleep night before as wasn't well, called to ask for another appointment or my regular scripts left at front desk, met with a giggle on the phone for asking (mutton done up as lamb) on the other end, and hung up on. People have sometimes horrible things going on in there day or life we don't know about so take in mind and be a decent human reception.

  This place is a joke, I have tried about 4 times to get an appointment and each time I get told they're booked for a week, who plans to be sick a week in advance, the receptionists answer is to tell me to book in advance and if I don't need it when the time comes to cancel, she is such a genius NOT

  My experience is with Dr Samy over the years and his attention to detail to help resolve your problem is second to none. The support advice and delivery of Dr to patient care has been excellent. As busy as they are his staff are they're very welcoming and will accommodate to your needs as they have gone above and beyond for myself. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone whom is looking for a diligent and very well qualified Dr.

  Terrible service, waited months to see a DR and as soon as I booked in a few days later got an email saying it got cancelled. No explanation no phone call, no one even called me to reschedule with another available DR and when I called to reschedule they said I couldn't book me in! So I wasted my time when I could've seen another DR. Or different clinic but no communication

  Nice staff and looking at the reviews some quality doctors at this practice. When I called though no one told me there would be a wait and I ended up waiting for an hour and still did not see a doctor.
