  My husband and I were so incredibly happy with cateraid on our wedding. Greg was awesome to work with leading up to the wedding as he was both chilled out and professional. We were so happy with all his suggestions for set up. The food was amazing and all our guest just raved about it especially the Arancini balls and Lamb shoulder. All staff on the night were excellent too. Thanks Cateraid!

  Fantastic service and event planning from start to finish. When you hold a wedding at your own property the stress can be off the charts. Greg and his team made the big ticket items easy. a gorgeous marquee, well constructed with no damage to our property. Food was STUNNING. everyone loved it and we loved the leftovers for days .... yummmm. Staff courteous and kind during the event. Greg is an owner operator so you know your speaking to the decision maker to get things done. Our next event will be with Cateraid.

  We cannot express our gratitude to Greg and his team at Cateraid! If it want for him, our wedding would not have been able to go ahead!
  
  Great was such a pleasure to deal with from the get go! His kindness, generosity and professionalism was overwhelming.
  
  We got married that weekend of torrential rain and ghastly winds in the central coast and of course the wedding was outdoors!
  
  Greg and his team went over and beyond to make sure we still had the wedding of our dreams ok the day despite the terrible weather!
  
  Not to mention the food served by cateraid was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! Greg's Paddock to Plate philosophy ensured the menu was fresh and sustainable! (The menu was seriously delicious and generous!!)
  
  Thank you once again Greg, we can't thank you enough for helping us pull through on our wedding day!

  Hired Greg & his team for our wedding in Port Stephens. They supplied all the tables, chairs, linen, stage, outdoor seating, cooked the food, cleaned up, & they set up & packed up on time/as planned. Addiitonally, the venue was very particular about a lot of things & it was refreshing to have no issues or concerns from them or our guests.

  ***I will start off by saying this is is the ONLY negative review I have left after my wedding.
  Also please let it be known any old reviews are NOT in regards to the current owners of Caterco. The company changed hands 12 months ago****
  
  This company was the most disappointing part of my entire wedding day.
  
  I originally hired this company when owned by someone else but due to covid they switched hands and I had already paid for the previous services.
  
  The communication from day one was vastly different from the original company and extremely poor and disappointing.
  
  The servers on the night were the owners.
  The service on the night was terrible and the server was extremely rude to my guests. I received several complaints.
  
  They did not wear a uniform or look professional at all. One server is in every single one of my wedding photos in the background as she wanted to watch I suppose. A bit of thought to that might be helpful in the future.
  
  I made several requests prior to the night and many were not followed- one simply be to ensure the guests had water on the tables or to not hand out FULL bottles of wine to all the guests rather than glasses. As a result we ran out of alcohol very quickly.
  
  When I addressed these concerns with them I received a very poor but not surprising response.
  
  DO NOT recommend.
